We are expanding our team and are looking for an enthusiastic service-driven and customer relationship-focused Sales Representative to join our Western Australia team. This role is varied, with great opportunities for someone who enjoys getting out and finding new business in the Mining, Construction, Agricultural and Plant Hire Industries.

Tasks and Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Responsibility for a portfolio of customers selling Undercarriage, Ground Engaging Tools, Repair Parts, Tyres and Rubber Tracks
Responsible for customer service and support
Development of new business opportunities
Continual development of product knowledge

About You

Experience in Business Development and/or Account Management.
High level of customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships.
Excellent verbal, written and administrative skills.
A proactive attitude and strong work ethic.

INTERNAL SALES (BROADMEADOWS, VIC)

We have an opportunity available for an Internal Parts Interpreter to join our team in Broadmeadows, VIC. This position will see you as the primary point of contact for inbound enquires relating to machinery spare parts. You will be required to interpret and identify machinery parts, provide thorough technical advice on our parts whilst delivering exceptional customer service.

Tasks and Responsibilities
These will include, but are not limited to:

The primary point of contact for inbound enquiries relating to machinery spare parts across all four of our major product categories, being Undercarriage, Rubber Tracks & Pads, Ground Engaging Tools, and Machinery Repair Parts.
Interpret and identify parts.
Responding to pricing and stock availability enquiries, preparing quotations and processing, and finalising orders.
Liaising with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure customers' orders are received on time.
Supporting our external sales team to ensure we achieve a high level of customer service.
On the road visiting existing customers, cold-calling and arranging meetings with potential customers, G.E.T and Track inspections.
Delivering parts to customers providing a door-to-door service.

TRACK ASSEMBLY MACHINE OPERATOR (YATALA, QLD)

We have an exciting opportunity available for a Workshop Track Assembly Machine Operator to join our team in Yatala, QLD. This position will see you carrying out track assembly and rebuild work for a wide range of tracked earthmoving equipment. You will coordinate all jobs in conjunction with our sales team to ensure deadlines are met whilst delivering exceptional customer service and a high level of workmanship.

Tasks and Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Assembly and maintenance of excavator and bulldozer tracks.
• Preparing new track components for assembly.
• Stripping and cleaning of old track components to get them ready for rebuild.
• Reconfiguration of steel track chains and the bolt-up of track groups.
• Operating a hydraulic torque wrench.
• Operating a hydraulic track press.
• General workshop cleanliness duties, ensuring safety and housekeeping standards are always met.
• Heavy lifting of parts is required.
• Normal working hours are 38 hours per week from 6am to 2pm Monday to Friday.
