INTERNAL SALES / PARTS INTERPRETER

Due to the recent growth of our Sydney branch, we have a new and exciting opportunity available for an internal Parts Interpreter to join our fastest-growing team based in St Mary's, Sydney. This position will see you as the primary point of contact for inbound enquires relating to machinery spare parts. You will be required to interpret and identify machinery parts, provide thorough technical advice on our parts whilst delivering exceptional customer service.

Tasks and Responsibilities
These will include, but are not limited to:

The primary point of contact for inbound enquiries relating to machinery spare parts across all four of our major product categories, being Undercarriage, Rubber Tracks & Pads, Ground Engaging Tool, and Machinery Repair Parts.
Interpret and identify parts.
Responding to pricing and stock availability enquiries, preparing quotations and processing, and finalising orders.
Liaising with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure customers' orders are received on time.
Supporting our external sales team to ensure we achieve a high level of customer service.

Key Attributes of our Ideal Candidate

Previous experience in a Parts Interpreter or Technical Support role within a related industry such as construction/mining equipment, agriculture, material handling, or automotive.
High level of customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships.
Intermediate computer literacy skills.

WORKSHOP / TRACK SHOP OPERATOR

We have a new and exciting opportunity available for a Workshop / Track Shop Operator to join our fastest-growing team based in St Mary's, Sydney. This position will see you carrying out all track assembly and rebuild work for a wide range of earthmoving equipment. You will coordinate all jobs in conjunction with our sales team to ensure deadlines are met whilst delivering exceptional customer service and a high level of workmanship.

Tasks and Responsibilities
These will include, but are not limited to:

Assembly and maintenance of excavator and bulldozer tracks.
Preparing new track components for assembly.
Stripping and cleaning of old track components to get them ready for rebuild.
Operating a hydraulic torque wrench.
Operating a track press.
Heavy lifting.

Key Attributes of our Ideal Candidate

Previous experience in a Workshop role within a related industry such as construction/mining equipment, agriculture, material handling, or automotive.
High attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously are a must.
Welding experience will be highly advantageous.
Forklift and driver's licence are essential.
Computer literacy skills.
